I dont know about the rest of you but this Project is just plain driving me crazy............ 
I seem to take one step forward and then 2 steps back.
Ive sent countless mails out to different People all who claim to be involved in the Making of original Armour parts so far ive narrowed this down to 3 definates.
Im sitting here day after day waiting to get confirmation on these people supplying us with the parts we need its a waiting game thats driving me mad
Any way id just like to update everyone on exactly where we are at the moment
We all agree on the Sidi boots plain Black with slight alterations
Going back to an earlier thread about the Unitard ive thought long and hard about this item clothing and my gut feeling was a Dance Unitard wasnt used, its just too figure hugging for my likeing.
A company called MBA Costumes supplied and made the Gloves, Boots jacket and under garment for the movie sadly MBA dont exsist anymore however never one to give up a did a bit of probing and was given the details of a Lady called Helen who worked on the Movie.
After a lengthy chat she informed me that the material used was a cotton/spandex mix very much like Jazz Dance Pants ............... BINGO
As you can see they are still quite tight but not as revealing as the Unitard and all for just £19.99 once tucked into the boots and all the other added armour parts i believe we have a winner.
ive mailed the seller of these items just to make sure i can get Navy Blue and also asked if they will do a reduction for a bulk order, ill pop up a thread about these when i have further details.
Next on the Agenda is the Tunic from the information given me to by Helen i now know the Tunic was made from a cotton/spandex mix, Hellen will be getting in touch with me regarding Collor pips and Buckles used.
Now if members want to purchase a Tunic from me my seamstress is ready to go, however another problem we need to nail the pattern for us to begin.
Would anyone who has a Judges Tunic be willing to loan us theirs so we can make a pattern from it and make these available ASAP, we have decided to try to keep the tunic as basic as possible to keep the cost down, it will have the yellow collor and piping but we are looking into a way to do away with the zipper.
Failing getting hold of a loaner then we will have to go with plan B and try to alter a pattern and try to get as close to the Tunic via reference pictures.
All i can do is wait now for people ive contacted to get in touch with me, im sorry about the slow process on this thanks for your patience.
